Refund Policy

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our jewelry, all sales are final and we cannot except returns or exchanges on jewelry. For damaged items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy

All items are made to order and assembled by hand. Because of this please allow a processing time of 4-10 business days. Shipping time frame does not include days for your order to be processed. Shipping can take anywhere from 4-12 business days in the US.
